Why did my responses delete when I selected the back arrow on a task?

You must save your responses before pressing the back arrow on a task. If you select the back arrow before saving, you'll lose your responses and will have to start the task over. Follow the instructions below to save your work before exiting a task.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the task form and select Done to save. This will navigate you back to your Activation Checklist. You can come back to complete this task at any time during the activation.
2. If you selected the back arrow, a warning will pop up to remind you to save your responses. Select Cancel, then scroll to the bottom of the task form and select Done to save.
