Why can't I add an account to my account set?
Check with your manager or admin to determine the parameters of the account set.
You can only add accounts that fall within the parameters of the account set that is assigned to you.
For example:
- If you were assigned a retention account set, you can only add Sold accounts into the account set.
- If the parameters of the account set are limited to just chain accounts, then you cannot add an independent account to the set.
