What might prevent a venue from appearing in the menu data?

Regarding venues that may not be included, there are a few factors such as:

  • the venue not having any menus
  • a lack of access to menus
  • venues whose menus don't list any brands (a common case with cocktail menus).

There must be menus to find, and products present on those menus for us to identify. 

If the case is that the menu is not in our database yet, but is branded and available in-account, your field team is welcome to use the mobile app, where they can scan menus in accounts to capture menus that are not connected to us yet.
