What do I do if my activation information will not save?
If your activation information will not saved, it is most likely you have not completed a task or accidentally deleted the information associated with a task. Fill it out again and make sure you hit the “Done” button after you have completed the task on the screen. This is basically a “save” function so always select this - not the back arrow. If you need to go back to the previous screen just make sure you have hit “Done” first to save whatever you were working on.
