What is the sold state?

To get to the sold state, click on the top left “Insights” tab and then choose “Sold State”.

Sold State displays your account roster and account sets (sold or unsold by 30, 60 or 90 days). This allows you to determine health scores for retention accounts and identify which suppliers, brands, premise type, ownership type, and territories require attention.
