How do I view, add or edit activities?

On the activities page, view all activities regardless of status.

Filter or search for activities by date, name, status, product, activity type, user and account. Click the three dot icon to view more details about the activity, including what tasks have been completed and which ones are pending.

To edit an activity or configure which tasks are assigned when a user is completing an activity, click the activity and make the necessary changes, then click Save. 

To add an activity, click Add New Activity
Select the activity type, add activity and category name, premise type and description, and assign scheduling, preparation and execution tasks.
