      How do I submit my depletion data?


      There are three ways to submit depletion data: 

      1. Complete the template and email to depletions@overproof.com and your CSM. 
      2. Ask your distributors to forward the most recent report to depletions@overproof.com, and to CC this email address on any future reports. 
      3. If you are using an ERP such as VIP or Encompass, provide your CSM with login credentials so Overproof can scrape depletion data when needed.

      TIP: To get the most out of Overproof, we recommend you send your depletion data at least once per month.
