To schedule an activity, tap the blue plus icon (+) in the navigation bar and tap Activity. Select the type of activity you'd like to schedule, then choose the account and fill out the required information.
Alternatively, you can also navigate to the account's details page, tap Get More Done, select Schedule an Activity and the type of activity you'd like to schedule. Fill out the required information and tap Save.
The list of account-based activities will depend on the premise type of the account. Options include: account visit, bartender sampling, consumer sampling, custom consumer or trade marketing event, custom sales event, menu placement, merchandising, staff training and store tasting.
