To create a goal set, navigate to the Goals tab and click the “Add a Goals Set” button on the top right. From there, you can enter a name and description.

To add goals to the goal set, click on the goal set you would like to edit. Now, there are two plus icons under the description box to add a performance goal or an activity goal.
Goals can be categorized by activities, segments and premise type. Standard goals include:
- Sales Activities
- Trade Marketing Activations
- Consumer Marketing Activations
- Account Touches
- Points of Distribution
- Sold Accounts
- Volume (9LE)
- Quality of Distribution
- Sales Representative Efficiency
