How do I view a guest's open or closed tab?

Learn how to view a guest's open or closed tab on the merchant portal.

If the guest's tab is open or recently closed:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard tab.
  2. Select the Order Report tab below. 
  3. Select the guest's tab to view.

If the guest's tab is closed and from a previous day:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard tab.
  2. Select the dropdown for Order Fulfillment Type, and choose Dine In, Pick Up or Delivery for the type of order placed. If you're unsure, what type of order the guest placed, select Any to view all three types. 
  3. Select the dropdown for Time Range, and choose either Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  4. Click the next dropdown to select the specific day, week or month that the guest placed the order.
  5. Navigate to the Dashboard tab, and select the Order Report tab below.
  6. Select the guest's tab to view.
